|Recommended: YesI lived at this apartment building for two years. I lived on the first floor in Apartment 106. I never heard ANYONE upstairs It was such a peaceful and calm environment. I cannot justify with just words, how amazing Julie the leasing manager is. When you live here you get more than a leasing manager. You get a friend as well. She is responsive, and actually cares about the tenants Marco maintains the building as far as I know and he does such a great job keeping things looking smelling beautiful He always repairs things very fast no matter how small or big. I always spoke up about any and all problems I was having and as a team Marco Julie took care of it The building is always swept, mopped, vacuumed, floors waxed and walls painted. Outstanding and historic building. Thank you for making my two years here a home away from home. If I ever come back to Oregon I’m coming back to the Lafayette apartments

|Recommended: YesLafayette Apartments — Julie has created a wonderful community at Lafayette apartments. She is prompt and professional in her responses and is always available for a chat. The building is pretty and has an amazing rooftop. I'm glad I called this my home for the last year and a half.
|Recommended: YesI moved to Portland from Chicago 3 years ago and management at the The Lafayette helped make it one of the easiest I've ever experienced. A great home with excellent centralized access to downtown and NW Portland. Local transit hubs within a few blocks. Great food, shopping and Washington Park just a brief hike away. Can be a little noisy with construction and downtown crowds when they existed anyway , but compared to most city noise, it is nothing.
|Recommended: YesI love it dearly with all my heart. — That it's the best place to live in Portland, OR.
